What to Expect When You Hire Priority Tree
We've spent more than a decade refining the way we work with homeowners — from the first phone call to the moment we leave your property. Here's what that process looks like:
Step 01
Request an Estimate
You can reach us through our online form, call us at 513-872-8733, or text after hours. Let us know what you're seeing, where the tree is located on your property, and, the tree species (if you know it). Photos are always helpful but never required.
Step 02
On-Site Walk-Through
Our ISA Certified Arborist comes to your property to look at the tree in person. We evaluate structural condition, surrounding hazards, access points, and what the work actually requires. Then we explain what we see in plain terms.
Step 03
Clear Written Estimate
You receive a written estimate that spells out the recommended work, the cost, a copy of our up to date liability and workers-comp insurance policies, and any options worth considering. No fine print, no surprise fees, and no pressure to decide on the spot.
Step 04
The Work
Our crew shows up on the scheduled day with the equipment the job calls for. If anything affects your scheduled service, we’ll notify you in advance. We work efficiently, protect your landscape, and keep you informed throughout the job.
Step 05
The Cleanup
Before we leave, we clear debris, rake beds, blow off hard surfaces, and clean up the work area so your property looks cared for — not like a construction zone.

Some kids grow out of climbing trees. Andrew Wilson didn't. He turned a childhood spent in the canopy into a career as an ISA Certified Arborist, founded Priority Tree in 2015, and over the next decade built the kind of team and fleet that lets us take on tree work most independent companies in Cincinnati can't.
