What to Expect After You Submit Your Request
Once you submit your request, here's how the process works:
We Confirm Your Request: A member of our office team will reach out — usually by phone or email — to confirm we received your request and gather any additional details we need to schedule your site visit.
We Schedule a Site Visit: We'll set up a time that works for your schedule. Site visits typically take 20-30 minutes depending on the size of your property and the scope of the work. You don't necessarily need to be home, but we recommend it so we can answer questions and discuss options in person.
We Walk Your Property: Andrew or one of our team members will assess the trees in question, identify any other concerns we notice along the way, and talk through your options. If permits, utility coordination, or special equipment are needed, we'll let you know upfront.
You Receive a Written Proposal: You'll get a detailed written estimate that clearly outlines the scope of work, the price, any relevant notes, and copies of our liability and workers' compensation insurance coverage. There's no pressure to decide on the spot — take your time.
We Get to Work: Once you approve the proposal, we'll schedule the work. Our crew arrives on time, completes the job to ANSI A300 standards, and leaves your property cleaner than we found it.
